Pendant with chalcedony
Elegant and soothing, this 925 silver pendant showcases a chalcedony with soft, milky hues. Its silky sheen, reminiscent of the purity of dawn skies, gives this piece a touch of serenity and refinement. Set on a delicately crafted support, the stone subtly captures the light, revealing tender, enveloping reflections.
What is chalcedony?
Chalcedony is a fine stone belonging to the microcrystalline quartz family. It is prized for its soft, translucent texture and its hues ranging from sky blue to milky gray, sometimes tinged with pink or lavender.
Formed in volcanic or sedimentary cavities, this natural gem bears witness to a fascinating geological process which gives it its velvety shine.
What is the symbolism of chalcedony?
Chalcedony is traditionally associated with calming, gentleness, and compassionate communication. Since ancient times, it has been considered a stone that promotes inner peace and harmony in relationships.
In lithotherapy, it is known to calm troubled thoughts, encourage sincere expression, and strengthen self-confidence. Giving a pendant adorned with chalcedony means choosing a piece of jewelry imbued with serenity and elegance, ideal for gently illuminating everyday life.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
Please note that for all orders to be shipped to addresses outside of Switzerland, experience has shown that customs duties and/or VAT will be charged by the carrier in order for the goods to be released to you. Due to the complexity of international trade, this will unfortunately have to be paid by you and will be your responsibility. If you refuse the goods at customs, all return costs will be your responsibility (this includes any re-importation costs into Switzerland if you do not clearly mark this as a return).
What happens if I change my mind after the order arrives at my local customs office?
We understand that you may change your mind once the item arrives at customs and you see the customs charges. We do however need the order to be returned to us by the customs office before the charges can be refunded. We will unfortunately have to charge a basic fee of 10.- / $10 / £8 to pay the courier.
If you have any questions, just send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible: info@taneja.ch
