Do you wish to return a product purchased on our site? No problem.
We fully understand that ordering jewelry online can be tricky and we do everything we can to make the process easier.
Here is a brief summary of our return conditions :
You can return products within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Simply send us an email to the following address: info@taneja.ch Please specify that you wish to return the item(s). We will then confirm the return procedure. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the jewelry has been worn.
Questions and answers regarding the return process:
Are there return shipping fees ?
No. In most cases, we simply ask you to cover the return shipping costs to our store in Geneva. Please note that returns are your responsibility. We therefore strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and, ideally, registered mail.
What amount will be refunded ?
If the amount of your order was greater than CHF 39.–, the total amount will be refunded to you.
If your order total was less than CHF 39 and delivery charges were applied, we unfortunately cannot refund these charges. They have already been paid to Swiss Post. However, the amount paid for the jewelry will be refunded.
Damages and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue. We reserve the right to refuse any items that we deem to be damaged due to your actions.
Exceptions/non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (like special orders or custom items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
